Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 technological advancements
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI design principles
- Advocate for inclusive data practices and algorithmic transparency
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into development sprints
- Produce thought leadership on emerging AI ethics challenges
- Monitor global regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning model development or auditing
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
