- Monitor emerging regulatory trends and update compliance protocols
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of GDPR, AI Act, and evolving US regulations
- Experience with explainable AI (XAI) frameworks and tools
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
- Exceptional written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible technology
