Qualifications

- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or contributions to AI ethics discourse preferred
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools and fairness metrics evaluation
