Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Strong analytical skills with experience in bias detection methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
