Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into design processes
- Advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance and emerging AI governance standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI practices
- Research and publish findings on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their societal implications
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI bias and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research in AI ethics or related areas preferred
