Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability measures
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols
- Author ethics reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and ethical algorithm testing
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics initiatives in tech companies
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML)
