Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, APAC)
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Strong background in data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and algorithmic accountability
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in industry ethics boards
