Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or responsible AI development
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, NeurIPS workshops)
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical ethics topics
