Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias in quantum neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Advocate for human rights in AI deployment before UN and OECD panels
- Mentor PhD candidates in our '2026 Ethics Fellowship' program
- Develop patent-pending bias mitigation tools for generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years researching algorithmic fairness in large-scale ML systems
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum computing's ethical implications
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI regulation
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and ethical auditing frameworks
- Fluency in at least two non-English languages (UN working languages preferred)
