Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research on bias mitigation in machine learning pipelines

- Create audit protocols for AI transparency and explainability

- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI on algorithmic fairness
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference tools
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of influencing policy through technical advocacy
- Strong background in applied ethics and moral philosophy
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary research teams
