Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact, equalized odds)
- Strong programming skills in Python and ethical auditing frameworks
- Experience publishing in top-tier AI ethics or ML venues
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance frameworks
