Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible tech development
- Published research in AI ethics or moral philosophy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
