Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Expertise in machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics)
- Strong programming skills (Python) and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary research teams
- Deep understanding of socio-technical implications of AI deployment
