Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Proven track record in publishing peer-reviewed papers on AI ethics or responsible AI
- Expertise in machine learning bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Experience leading interdisciplinary research teams with diverse technical backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of quantum computing's implications for AI ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to stakeholders
- Published work in top-tier ethics or AI research venues
