Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for neural networks and quantum computing interfaces
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists
- Create auditable fairness metrics for AI decision-making systems
- Research emerging ethical challenges in human-AI symbiosis
- Produce policy whitepapers for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption in critical infrastructure sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance
- Expertise in algorithmic bias auditing and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional cross-disciplinary communication skills
- Publication record in AI ethics or technology policy
