- Advise on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, EU Guidelines)
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Published work on AI ethics or related topics
