Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record of developing ethics-by-design methodologies
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks and diverse stakeholder management
