Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product lifecycles
- Advocate for transparency and explainability in AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Monitor emerging regulations and global AI ethics standards landscape
- Author ethics guidelines and training materials for technical teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory frameworks
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management in tech environments
- Strong technical literacy to bridge ethics and engineering teams
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
