Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias in predictive AI models using quantum-enhanced analytics
- Develop real-time ethical monitoring systems for neural network decision-making processes
- Partner with policymakers to shape national AI ethics legislation for 2026 implementation
- Create corporate AI ethics training modules for 15,000+ global employees
- Author quarterly ethical impact reports for board stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with 5+ years in AI governance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) in tech environments
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical auditing tool development
- Track record of influencing AI policy through industry consortium participation
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-cultural ethics initiatives with global teams
