Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible tech roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., IBM's AI Governance Framework)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Strong background in quantitative bias assessment methodologies
