Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Science with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance at Fortune 100 tech firms
- Published research in Nature/AI journals on alignment problems
- Certification in EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Expertise in adversarial machine learning vulnerability assessment
- Experience with neural interpretability tools (SHAP/LIME)
