Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum algorithms
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models deployed in healthcare and infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into design sprints and development lifecycles
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI systems and neural interface technologies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including legal, engineering, and social science stakeholders
- Author position papers on emerging ethical dilemmas in quantum computing and biometric AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and international ethical standards
- Proven experience auditing complex AI systems in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to executive stakeholders
