- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Drive research on ethical implications of quantum computing integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years leading AI ethics initiatives at tech companies
- Published research on algorithmic bias or fairness in ML
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance
- Experience with ethical impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Proven track record of influencing AI policy development
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics (preferred)
