Responsibilities

- Advocate for ethical AI principles across product development teams
- Establish transparent AI decision-making documentation processes
- Lead stakeholder engagement on AI ethics policies
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
- Drive internal training programs on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of AI bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
