Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Develop stakeholder communication strategies for AI transparency initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI ethical challenges
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Represent NeuroSync at industry ethics consortiums and policy forums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance tracking
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of evolving AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and model development
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) preferred
