Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for machine learning models and data pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Establish transparent AI governance frameworks for high-stakes decision systems
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment and adapt strategies proactively
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning systems and data privacy principles
- Proven experience designing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise deployments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech environments
