Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines
- Develop governance policies for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in generative AI technologies
- Prepare transparency reports for regulatory compliance
- Advise product teams on ethical AI integration strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CEGAI) preferred
- Published work on algorithmic accountability or fairness metrics
