- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations and industry standards
- Design training programs to embed ethical AI practices across engineering teams
- Monitor global AI policy trends and advise on strategic responses to regulatory changes
- Author transparency reports documenting AI system decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep expertise in AI risk assessment frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven experience designing ethical AI policies for generative or autonomous systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, EDSA) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to stakeholders
