Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI implementation strategies
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate findings into actionable policies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Prepare transparency reports for AI system deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Experience with model explainability frameworks (SHAP, LIME)
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation
