Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using advanced statistical modeling tools
- Develop governance policies for AI lifecycle management (data collection to deployment)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical priorities
- Create audit trails for AI decision-making processes to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools (R, SPSS, or SAS)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI ethics frameworks
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI ethics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with healthcare/finance AI regulatory landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
