- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems across healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
- Design governance protocols for generative AI and large language models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in stakeholder engagements with Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve ethical dilemmas in AI deployment
- Research and publish white papers on AI ethics trends for industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics journals
- Proficiency in Python for AI system auditing and bias detection tools
