- Advocate regulatory compliance for evolving AI governance policies (e.g., EU AI Act, US Executive Orders)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in generative AI and large language models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in technical documentation and policy development
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tooling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or technology governance preferred
