Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI models
- Design transparent explainability protocols for complex AI systems
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption across product teams
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance strategies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and OECD principles
- Strong analytical skills with ethical reasoning capabilities
- Experience with ML model transparency tools
- Certification in AI ethics or governance preferred
