Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and ethical impact assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Author policy documentation for responsible AI lifecycle management
- Monitor global AI ethics developments and advise on regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused technical roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML/AI systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Published work or demonstrated thought leadership in AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools or similar technical validation methods
