Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder communications
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and update compliance protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 4+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong written communication for policy documents and stakeholder reports
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, EU AI Alliance) preferred
