Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into practical technical guidelines
- Familiarity with AI audit methodologies and model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders
