Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 3+ years of AI governance experience
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex ethical dilemmas in AI deployment
- Experience developing organizational policies for responsible AI use
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of global AI regulations and emerging ethical standards
