Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines
- Establish transparent AI documentation protocols for regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for AI product launches
- Create AI risk assessment matrices for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or fairness
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and model auditing
- Demonstrated experience influencing AI policy development
