Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop policy recommendations for emerging quantum AI applications
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor regulatory trends and update compliance protocols
- Train technical teams on ethical AI development practices
- Report on AI ethics metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Experience with quantum computing ethical implications
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI, IBM AI Ethics)
- Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Published work on AI ethics or policy preferred
