Qualifications

- Expertise in AI fairness frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, EU AI Act)
- Experience with bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical dilemmas
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
