Responsibilities

- Develop neuro-symbolic AI explainability protocols for complex decision-making systems
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape emerging AI legislation and industry standards
- Establish cross-functional AI ethics review boards with rotating membership from engineering, philosophy, and social sciences
- Author annual AI Impact Reports quantifying societal benefits and ethical safeguards
- Train global teams on responsible AI deployment using our proprietary 'Ethics by Design' methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on AI alignment or value learning in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Ethics & AI)
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Experience with federated learning differential privacy and homomorphic encryption
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy (e.g., OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI security and ethics
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Fairness)
