Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems and quantum-AI hybrids
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align technical requirements with societal values
- Develop audit protocols for neural network interpretability and bias mitigation in high-stakes applications
- Establish governance standards for cross-border AI data flows and quantum-encrypted decision systems
- Present ethical impact assessments to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Mentor technical teams on responsible AI development practices and privacy-preserving techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of governance experience
- Proven track record designing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or quantum computing
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and international standards bodies
- Strong technical background in ML interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME) and differential privacy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech ethics or responsible innovation initiatives
- Prior work with neural interface or quantum-AI hybrid systems preferred
- Public speaking proficiency at industry conferences and policy summits
