Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, upcoming 2026 regulations)
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation algorithms and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics journals/conferences
- Proficiency in AI auditing tools and responsible AI frameworks
