Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI training datasets and models

- Lead cross-functional workshops aligning engineering teams with ethical guidelines
- Represent Nexus Future Labs in AI policy coalitions and regulatory discussions
- Implement continuous monitoring systems for AI system compliance with evolving standards
- Author white papers on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for large language models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams (engineers, legal, social scientists)
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
- Strong background in quantitative bias measurement methods
