Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness in production models
- Develop corporate AI governance policies aligned with emerging global regulations
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes (XAI implementation)
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI development lifecycles
- Represent company at international AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated impact on organizational AI policy
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management (technical, legal, executive)
- Proficiency in Python for AI auditing and ethical impact assessment tools
