Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product releases
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias and fairness across predictive models
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Partner with legal teams to establish ethical AI deployment standards
- Train engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Produce transparency reports for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Advise executive leadership on AI ethics strategy and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with NIST AI RMF and OECD AI principles
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Published work on AI ethics or technical standards
