Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership

- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning interpretability methods
- Proven track record of influencing AI product roadmaps
