Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for generative AI systems
- Develop corporate policy for quantum-AI hybrid applications
- Chair the AI Ethics Review Board for autonomous system deployments
- Coordinate with UN tech task forces on global AI standards
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on AI alignment or machine learning fairness
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and EU AI Act compliance
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 on AI policy
- Deep understanding of neurosymbolic AI architectures
