As an AI Ethics & Governance Lead at FutureScale Solutions, you will be at the forefront of defining how Artificial Intelligence interacts with humanity. We are seeking a strategic thinker to establish the ethical frameworks, compliance standards, and governance models that will protect user privacy and ensure AI transparency in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and human values. You will work directly with our R&D teams to embed ethical considerations into the core of our next-generation generative models, ensuring that our products are not only powerful but also responsible and fair.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive global AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and fairness assessments on large language models and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ethical guardrails into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Advocate for user privacy and data protection in the age of ubiquitous computing.
- Stay ahead of emerging regulatory trends (such as the EU AI Act and future US federal standards) and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Communicate complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executives, regulators, and the public.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in legal compliance, technology ethics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, machine learning principles, and their potential societal impacts.
- Experience in drafting compliance documentation, privacy policies, or AI safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks in complex data systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Philosophy, Public Policy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating technical jargon into accessible language.
