- Partner with policy teams to shape emerging AI legislation and standards

- Train leadership teams on ethical AI deployment methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI governance at Fortune 500 companies or regulatory bodies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 compliance frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuro-technology oversight
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., AIE, CAIE) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
